Along came \u201cHidden Agenda\u201d, a 300-person venue which in time booked local and international indie rock bands like Besnard Lakes, San Fran rockers Thee Oh Sees, Russian Circles, Silverstein and PacificUV. Due to higher rents elsewhere, Hidden Agenda is located at an unlikely spot \u2013 an industrial building within the Kwun Tong district (a hotbed for local independent rock bands in search of cheap space to practice).
